This was a rare 1 of 100 special UK edition only sold in this country. There are currently only 55 left on the road in this model so this makes it a very rare Defender indeed!

It was sold by Taunton Land Rover for a list price of £24,995 which was a very expensive. defender in 2002!

It has only had two owners from new and the last owner acquired it back in 2014 so has had it for 16 happy years, they sold it as It wasnt being used much anymore and had other defenders to drive which is when I bought it into stock. 

It has a Category D marker from 2009 and there is evidence the front wing has been replaced and possibly a skim of filler of the rear quarter both on the passenger side, no visible bulkhead. chassis or axle damage/repairs. It will be thoroughly inspected on the ramp in the workshops.

It has the original book pack, there isnt much history with it, but I do have two invoices totalling £3000 in the last year and key points are:-
MOT recently done in December 2025 so nearly 12 months mot. 
Air con was regassed.
New brake discs,
Swivel repair kit 

steering damper

Battery
Various suspension bushes
Anti roll ball links
Wheel bearing kit
Steering shaft

It has clearly been well kept mechanically and it shows in the way it drives. It drives beautifully with plenty of power and drives straight and true, clutch and brakes are in great order and the gearbox is lovely and tight without any slop

It can be sold for £14500 as is with a basic check over and a good clean/detail of the paintwork ready to work or play!

Or alternatively it can be sold for £16500 fully prepared with a fresh chassis underseal, any cosmetic niggles sorted out, new standard front bumper, major service, paintwork restored to factory standard by our local trusted bodyshop. A large deposit will be required for this option to cover additional costs of the works
